Simple answers for consistent measurements.

Open Today, choose a day from the ribbon and tap the measurement. Select the whole number and decimal with the vertical wheels, then tap OK. The value saves automatically. When available, the editor starts from that measurement’s previous reading.

You can move backwards to an earlier day. Future days cannot be edited.

Weight is always enabled. During setup, choose any optional measurements you want: body fat, neck, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, arm, thigh and calf. Later, open Settings → Measurements to enable, disable or reorder them. Disabling a measurement hides visual noise but does not erase its history.

You can choose woman, man or prefer not to say. Pesyra uses this local preference only to adapt measurement suggestions and body-guide illustrations. It is not an account, identity check or medical classification, it does not restrict features, and you can change or omit it at any time.

Open Learn and expand the guide for the relevant body area. Use the same equipment, side of the body, tape position and similar conditions each time. Keep the tape level and snug without compressing the skin.

Short-term readings can vary with hydration, meals, clothing, time of day, equipment and measurement technique. Consumer body-fat readings are estimates. Pesyra keeps your actual readings visible and shows trends as context; it does not label an increase or decrease as good or bad.

History shows recorded points, a clearly distinguished smoothed trend when enough data exists, consistency and optional streaks. The values table compares each reading with the preceding one: up means higher, down means lower and level means unchanged. These indicators describe change, not health or success.

Yes. In Settings → Units, choose automatic, metric or imperial. Pesyra converts the display between kilograms and pounds, and centimetres and inches, without repeatedly rewriting the stored canonical value.

In Settings → Schedule, confirm that a local reminder is enabled and has a time. Then verify that notifications are allowed for Pesyra in iOS Settings. Focus modes and system notification settings can silence or delay an alert. Pesyra schedules reminders locally and has no push server.

In Settings → Your data, export a JSON backup and save it somewhere you control. On another installation, import the JSON file, review its preview and choose to merge or replace local data. CSV is a readable table for your own analysis; it is not a complete restorable backup.

In Settings → Your data, choose Erase all data and confirm. Pesyra removes measurements, history, choices and reminders from the app on this iPhone, then returns to setup. Files you exported elsewhere are not deleted.

Yes. In Settings, choose system, English, Spanish, French or German; unsupported device languages fall back to English. You can also choose system, light or dark appearance and enable or disable haptics and streaks.

Pesyra is paid once through the App Store. It has no ads, subscription or additional in-app purchase. Apple processes App Store payments, downloads and refunds; use Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple Support for transaction issues.
