Privacy policy
Fluira is designed to work without an account, advertising profile, developer backend or tracking.
No registration, login or personal profile.
No ads, IDFA or third-party analytics SDKs.
Your activities and history stay on your devices.
Fluira does not collect or transmit your habit and routine records to the developer. Activities, schedules, checks, routine steps, history and preferences are processed locally to provide the features you choose.

This policy describes data processing performed by the Fluira iPhone app, its widgets, Live Activities and its companion app for Apple Watch. It does not cover processing performed independently by Apple or by a website you choose to open under its own terms.

Fluira may store the following information locally because you create or configure it:
Fluira does not ask for your name, email, age, sex, weight, location, contacts, photos or Health data. It does not create an advertising or clinical profile.
Fluira has no user account or developer backend. It contains no advertising, third-party analytics, third-party crash reporting, tracking, IDFA integration or CloudKit synchronization. The app’s privacy manifests declare no tracking and no data collected by the developer.
These components retain only the local snapshots, preferences and bounded command records needed for their functions. None of this information is sent to a Fluira server.
You can create a restorable JSON backup of your activities and history or export a readable CSV. A file leaves Fluira only when you choose a save location or share it through the system sheet. It is then under your control and the privacy terms of any destination you select; Fluira cannot delete copies stored elsewhere.
Learn contains optional links to specific scientific sources. Opening one sends the destination an ordinary web request through the system, which may include information such as your IP address under that site’s policy. Fluira does not add your activities, history or an advertising identifier to the link.
Local information remains until you edit or erase it. You can undo a recent check, correct previous days, export a backup, import a supported backup in merge or replace mode, or choose Erase all data. Full erasure removes activities, history, preferences, companion state and notifications controlled by Fluira, then returns the app to initial setup.
Because Fluira has no account or backend, the developer cannot view, recover or synchronize records from your device. Keep your own JSON backup before deleting the app or changing devices if you want to retain your history. Files previously exported elsewhere are not erased by the app.
The only user permission expected in version 1.0 is notifications. Core tracking and history continue to work if you decline it. Live Activities also respect the independent system setting. Fluira relies on Apple app containers and system frameworks to separate its local data from other apps. You are responsible for protecting access to your unlocked devices and exported files.
Apple may independently process App Store purchases, downloads, device diagnostics, backups or system services under Apple’s privacy terms. That processing is not performed by Fluira’s local data store and does not give Fluira an account containing your activity history.
Fluira is a general organization and education tool. It is not designed to collect children’s personal information and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical monitoring. Do not store information in activity titles or notes that you would not want visible to anyone with access to your unlocked device or its system surfaces.
If Fluira’s data practices change, this page and its update date will be revised before a release that relies on the change. A future feature that collects or transmits data would require a new review and clear disclosure.
